Return and Refund Policy

Engraved items may not be returned.
Defective boxes will be replaced with the same product and engraving layout.
All exchanges must be completed within 30 days of order date.
Defects include items significant in nature that prevent operation of the box and/or significant defects in workmanship.
Defects do not include glue on interior of boxes, slight blemishes on exterior or rough interior of boxes.
Defects are not subjective preferences about an engraving or patterns and color of the wood.
Cedar is a dynamic wood and isn't a solid color. We cannot guarantee the exact color combination, knots or grain structure of each urn.
